I believe these are close:

FAIRCHILD NDS331N
Vishay Siliconix Si2304DS

I would check the spec sheets for each

Dude, try this mosfet as well.

MGSF2N02EL

This is from www.onsemi.com. They do FREE samples and ship to your door. This mosfet hasn't got the ultra low Rds that the IRLML2502 does but in it's performance there is bugger all difference.
