is a shen qi wei PCB faster than a Zip Zaps?

Mostly dealing with electronics and pcbs and modifying them, all the things that make electrical-engineers tick and the rest of us cringe in fear.

is a shen qi wei PCB faster than a Zip Zaps?

I just got a couple of Rally Racers from KB toy store and was wondering if they send more juice to the motor than a stock ZZ PCB. Would this be a good swap in a multi cell ZZ?

i would buy a shen qi wei. take out the pcb. and put it in the zz
is this thing on?
