The piece of grey plastic in front of the "27MHz" sticker I suspect. I'm wondering about that, even if he isn't.
That grey piece is what I cut from a MS controller... it's holding the PCB down. Bulkier than it needs to be, but it does the trick. I think Bird is talking about something in front of that.
Nah... I was talkin' 'bout that grey piece... but now you got me intrigued... what would I have been asking about in front of that? :???:

Nice ride man! I dig anything RX7. Clever thumb print.

It's like you're putting your on signature on that masterpiece!

It would take me at least 35 tries to get that 35 printed on right, or that's what it seems like. You got the 5 PERFECT with the 2 lines above it, damn that must have been hard. My hand would've been shaking through that entire process. How many tries did it take ya?

A couple on each side. It's a little over-worked now... ah well.

Last update for tonight... A few little details, then I'll ruin it with some clear. :-o

Looks good for a quick makeover :-o You know, this made me think about water colors again. :???: I had wanted to try brushing some "real flames" using super thinned paint. I wondered if the graphics would be too textured to try to smooth out with paint. But with a few colored sharpies, it might work out. I hope you won't mind a copycat in the future 8-)

Damn. That's looking good for sharpie painting! Seriously, that looks amazing!

Am I the only one that can see this with "Sharpie" sponsor decals? ;)

Well, even though I over-worked the Sharpie, at least the clear worked out pretty well... I ended up dipping the body in the Future floor polish. You could see some of the color in the cup of clear, but you couldn't really see any evidence of it on the car.

Next time, I'll try to get myself to stop sooner, but this time I figured I'd just see how much color I could lay down with the Sharpies. Also, the little bit of silver trim on the car was done with a silver Sharie, which is a badass pen... it's basically fast-drying metallic paint in a pen.

Anyway, here's the final pics...

Wow, I'm really impressed that a Sharpie can do that.

That looks great!

Damn, that's great Hue! 8)
I especially like the green/yellow.
As much as I whine about painting, I have no excuse now not to have my own designed shell. :( lol
I gotta stop tinkering with my performance mods and get stylin' on a body.

I've found those silver Sharpies turn grey after a while, and dulled up when I clear coated. You'll have to let us know how they work out for long term with the Future coat.
