I just finished this one today. I started on the shell before the end of the last contest and was going to use die cast rims. But after getting my hands on these sweet alloys, it was a no brainer.......
during...
and now....
origionally I wanted to fit these on a bit, but they would have been too big even if I used a BB shell, so using a ZZ chassis was pretty much the only choice I had....

Agreed, that thing is hot!
Great job man, the wheels and the rest of the gold trimmings just really set it off nicely.

Dear Life Cereal, Where do you get off? Part of a balanced breakfast and delicious? Who do you think you are? By now you may have guessed I'm speaking ironically and have nothing but good things to say about what you do. Life cereal do not change a thing.

I did tab lower it a bit, but mostly I made custom ground effects and fender flares. The rear deck lid is made out of zz packaging and putty. I had to enlarge the fenderwells to give the wheels enough room to turn. All in all, it went pretty easy until I broke the rear deck lid off while trying to remove the masking tape from the inside of the windsheild. Luckily, I managed to fix it.
thanks pimps!

I knew those wheels went to a good home. Awesome man, you really did those wheels justice. Did you paint the centers, ot just polish them?
You guys have no idea, I've seen those wheels in person, they're some big ass honkin' 11mm ones. He really did a great job of making them fit and not look too big. Just looks like he's riding on some dubs.
