What RC's does everyone have?
Simple question. I am curious what RC's everyone have. It doesn't matter the scale except the Micros everyone has at least half a dozen of them.
What I want to know is what you have and how much you use it. Stop thinking dirty
I have Zip Zaps, Micro Sizers, Xmods, and an Associated B3.

I have a Stampede, an Evader ST, an Associated TC3, and a Mini-T. I'm in the process of selling my Xmod, so I guess that doesn't count.
I've owned a lot and sold a lot. At one point in time I've had an Overland, Mini-Z, Micro RS4, Rustler, XXX-4 G+, and a Savage. With the exception of the Savage, I've made money on everything I've sold. I should be a salesman, I could sell a deaf man a stereo.

bits/zips: rarely
zzmt: never (sold)
beater xmod: often
track xmod: occasionally (track only)
1:20 camera tank: often
1:35(ish) camera tank: never
hpi rs4 rally: occasionally (track only)
hpi rs4 mt: very often
i go in phases, at the moment i beat the rs4 mt the most, goes anywhere, easy to drive, plenty fast and fun to play with dogs at the park with.
on the track my favourites are the xmods/1:28's. we go to a 1:10 track so it's flat out autobahn racing. it's really tricky wrestling those babies around that track, really driving on the edge. the 1:10 rally on the other hand grips well, steers precisely, wads of torque and speed and predictability. totally boring!

My Xmod, I keep breaking steering knuckles and suspension arms, but I don't think I'll be investing too much money into those cars.cj wrote:What are you breaking on the Xmod and what Parts you looking for for the Iwaver?crazydave wrote:Xmods - almost never (No room to run, and they break every time I do)

The Iwaver, well accordin' to Betty and ph2t, I'm gonna be looking for steering knuckles, and possible a servo case real soon, but I'd like to get alloy motor and battery clips. I'd also like to get some of those tire inserts, and whenever money allows, I'd love to get some 3-d oval pattern wheels, my wheels are already chipped.
Anyone know if those GPM tires are stickier than stock? I think I'd like have some of those too. Ohh hell, I want everything on the page, I just gotta get my priorities straight.

from small to big...
digi-qs cars, digi-q tanks, and iracers - rarely, i just collect them
bits and zz - once a month or so i get the urge and do a little racing
epochs - rarely
super slicks - rarely
formula 1 digi-qs - rarely
race tins - rarely
rocket racer/dtm sp/dtm x4/mini-x - rarely
xmods - rarely
mini z cars and formula 1's - rarely
mini z monster - occasionally
micro rs4s - occasionally (this is what i play with with the kids)
mini-t - rarely
minigiant - rarely
miniquake - occasionally
minizilla - occasionally
rc18t - not done yet
mini inferno - frequently
tlt-1 - rarely
pti mmt - not done yet
i guess i have a short attention span. i'll play with something until something new comes out then the older one usually gets relegated to the shelf. right now i'm all about the rc18t, the pti, and the inferno.

ha, i was on it every day until i got the inferno . i wish these manufacturers would space out their new stuff so i could have more time to enjoy the old stuff.crazydave wrote:I can help you with that, and I aint got no time to give ya.richh wrote:too many cars, too little time...
Seriously though, you only play with the Minizilla occasionally? I'm jealous, I'd be on that thing every day.
there are cars that once they are 'retired' never see the light of day (like the rocket racer, and dtm cars), and their are cars that i do go back to. the zilla will be one of those for sure. it's a blast to run with indoors or out.

ZZ = pretty much never
Bits/Microsizers/ZZSE/MT = 1, 2 times a week
Overland = 1, 2 times a week
It's hard to really gauge right now though, my wife's got me doing so many projects around the house I don't get time to do diddly - not to mention my work space is gone for now.

Dear Life Cereal, Where do you get off? Part of a balanced breakfast and delicious? Who do you think you are? By now you may have guessed I'm speaking ironically and have nothing but good things to say about what you do. Life cereal do not change a thing.
