Nice tranny. I did a similar one with some gears out of some Rev Ups from Walmart. Tranny worked really good but I ran into the same problem with u-joints. I read something on here a while back about using u-joints from HO scale trains. I think Bilbo Baggins mentioned it.

Either that or fab some up I guess.
The devil made me do it the first time, the second time I done it on my own...
