Miss the days...
Browsing back over old threads, I can't help but miss those days.
At least a new ride posted every day, all the new kids on tinyrc and mrcc.
Blurry ass pictures of homebrew mods. Repairing steering wires.
People building tracks for tiny cars that handled like shopping trolleys.
All the amazing work of you guys, keeping people inspired.
The endless lists of modifications and improvements.
Even looking through pages of Japanese sites looking for cool bits.
This shouldn't have died! I'm damn sure most of you guys are hoarding enough products to keep it alive for many years
Just seems a shame now, that when you come online you're the only one on here.
When you come back for a look after a month or two and there's 3/4 new posts.
Miss those days.

Just gets me because now there's so much new rc stuff that you can pick up a cheap 2ch rc plane and make a proportional lipo powered bit in about half an hour.

I think he's talking about a guy at RCgroups who makes propo Bits out of rc plane transmitters, servo boards (for esc) and a propo actuator for steering. Let me try and find a link
