I avoided getting Zip Zaps mostly because I thought the bodies sucked and because I didn't want another controller and charger to deal with. Then the Camaro/Challenger set came out, so I had to get a couple of chassis to get those bodies on the track. I am still shocked at how much I love these cars. Right outta the box they're great, and with RadioShacks on every other corner, you can go right down the street and buy great motors and cool wheels and new gears... and no waiting for SARS parts from Hong Kong Phooey. I like Zip Zaps as much as I like my Bits.

i like zipzaps because they are more easily modified. i wish they came with clear bodies though like some bits/clones do :???: i like bits because of their overall goofy look, but i always go right on back to my zipzaps. when it comes out to overall speed with no rules, hell zipzaps win hands down. they have more space and can fit 3 cells internally, when a bit can barely do 2 without some sort of heavy chassis modifications. zips will always handle better because of their longer wheelbase. and event hough they do sit rather high sometimes on the chassis, they are easily lowered. plus i like the changable rims  you can go from some shit stuff to bling bling wheels in seconds  i think zipzaps and bits depend on each other. it is what keeps this(should i say sport?) group of people on their toes to do new mods and learn new things. for example, many of the bit people take zipzap wheels and put them in their car to get the same wheel size all the way around. then the zip people use other bit/clone motors to stick in their zips. i know some guy who took a murcielago bit that was custom made, and did some casts and cut up the casts to stretch into a zipzap body. im sure someone has cut up a zip body for a bit body, but then again they do have more body options i guess :???: plus, us zipzap people depend on buying shitty bit clones to destroy and use old parts from hehehe  so you see, the two types of cars depend on each other, they each have their strong points but all of the weak points can be overcome one way or another.
Forget bling bling, all that shiney chrome just slows you down >_<
