PT and Stang

Went to RS yesterday to get my ass hooked up w/ some MT action and grabbed the Spidy Hummer w/ Motor uprade. As everyone has stated WOW! this is easily my favorite RC it just owns.

Course that's not what this post is about, what it's about is while there I saw somthing old and familiar. What do ya know, they still had an old PT cruiser and Mustang shell kit! Now I have been to this shack ohhh maybe a KAJILLION times and this is the first time in a long ass timee I have seen these. The sales guy couldn't tell me why, so I just chalked it up to luck. I know this really doesn't help anyone out, but I was stoked about it.

Yeah...its a cool little kit. The stang is missing a few little details (check out the grill and pony emblem), but the PT is pretty cool. I have about 5 shacks within 20 minutes or so of me and I noticed the other day that one of them still has two of those sets on the shelf. Hard to beleive since those things were retired a loooooong time ago.

Congrats on both those buys....you done good.

You can get lucky sometimes.

I was lookin' for those awhile back and Chrome found them in a store and sent me some.

Crazy.

I got jealous when I read this. Those are 2 cars I never had a chance at, because they sold out before Christmas, and were retire shortly after.

Then today, at this Shack I go to every week, I found the American Classics body set, with these 2 bodies. WTH hell are these coming from?

Oh well, I got a PT Cruiser and a Stang for $3, I'm happy.
