Man this thread is making me miss the marathon modding sessions me and 219 used to have... I especially recall the time he was butchering some die-cast ride for its wheels and interior and impaled his hand... hehe... that was cool.

My last good one wasn't cut-related, but still funny... You know how you have that "grab instinct" when something is falling? Yep, I dropped my soldering iron

Lmao, i did the same thing, it burned but i droped it fast. It wasnt bad, now im used to it.

oh and I have found when using a soldering gun you move real fast when you drop it in your lap!!!

i accidentally leant on my soldering iron last week! i turned it off and put it on the bench instead of away, put my hand on it and leant forward! aaah well, it just blended in with the chef burns anyway!

Fingers all healed up, burn healed in 2 days.

Thanks for the jinx guys - got myself Saturday - watching the games while soldering. Put the iron down, turned around and put my arm right down on it. Like you guys said - it just blends in with the rest

I had this happen to me to... I was working on a xmod body, shaving off certain parts, swiped my hand on the desk, pulled it up with an exacto swaying from my hand... Immediatly yelled shit, pulled it out and watched it bleed for a minute. It dosent really hurt that much, except its my right hand and you all know what we need that for

I almost blinded my self with an x acto the other day, If you're blade is dull replace it. I had worn mine down quite a bit and it finally snapped and shot back in my face
