It won’t damage the CB but if you mount it without the middle gear it will be slow, even with FETs, and the bypass mod it will be slower than the ZZ upgrade motors. Add a LiPo and it will still be slower than a NX motor with the same LiPo. With an Iwaver CB it’s another story altogether so I’m thinking that maybe Codesuidae’s Duty Cycle mod might just be what the doctor ordered when running a ZZMT motor with the SE circuit board, but haven’t tried one yet.

I think you will really be impressed with what it does LB, A stock 4 gen is decent but a stock 4 gen with a DC mod is kick ass. I do recommend this one.LBRC wrote:It won’t damage the CB but if you mount it without the middle gear it will be slow, even with FETs, and the bypass mod it will be slower than the ZZ upgrade motors. I haven't tried it yet with a MT motor but I think I might try it out. All though I am not running fets so I won't be able to tell how they it would run with them. I would assume even better. If anything else you might want to try a superslick motor. I have a high speed ss motor on a stock 3 gen with no middle gear and it is pretty fast.
