First bit Experience...

Post by SicilianRacer9 »

So i went to Toys R Us today and walked around the boys section where i saw some SuperSlicks and just regular die cast cars...(by the way last nite i purchased a 1/45th scale slot track with a Carrera GT2 and a Lancer Evo and since i couldnt use much of those parts on a bit - i mite be wrong though - i wanted some more action)

I saw some sweeeeeeet ass 1/64th scale slot cars, a beauty Brand new z06 vette (the new version ps) and i was just about to guy it till i read the 19.99 tag and convinced myself to wait...then i saw some bigger the bits Diecast all done up....i mean these things were perfect street cars and some of the pieces wouldnt look that shabby on a bit...so i baught one and of course i didnt get no cheapy i went for BMW and got the roadster...

Once i got home i took apart the entire diecast, interior everything, and the wheels were GIGANTO for my Bit.......but i loved it lol, so i slapped on the wheels using Finkz Tutorial and my rear wheels look (BAD ASS) lol and my frotn wheels are small stock wheels lol but for some reason my bit turns at least ten times better and im so pleaced sharper then before and i love it.

Then i used the mufflers and attached them on the back they dont look bad at all and i redisigned the body with some black paint underneath the shell to make the bold blue a bit darker along with some nice tints, this clone bit is actually doing well and its gonna kick start the testing for me when it races against my Lambo set still fuckin in the mail lol...i plan to get some pics out here temporary damages to the digi cam....and my cell phone still dont link to my computer yet or else id use it....

peace

Hey man, if you're going to honor us here by giving us a day-to-day update on all of your wants, needs, and activities, it would be cool if you do it in the same topic/thread.

Alright...I know you guys get mad when i start a new thread and i understand that my bad...any ways i wanted to ask a quick question using this thread...What do you guys think the best size width for a bit track is...my old one was 8inches, seems a bit small now that im goin for more speed.....and how would they be on turns, im sure the stock bits would do fine but lets say a dual cell......is it capable of hairpins and that sort? or even double Apexs or S turns......let me know thanks

I wouldn't mess about with any track width less than 12", even for Bits.
