Hey guys, Anyone else wonna build a TTT

Post by stagg »

Well... TTT or Table Truck Trials are simply amazing to me. And this summer, I really need somthing to do when I am bored, So I am thinking of making one. Has anyone else wanted to make a TTT? Or is it just me.. Since i got my job, and getting like 90 bucks a week nowI have no bills to pay, so i fiqure this would be a good plan. I'm planning on useing a Tiny servo probaly the Interflite Mega Micro , (Thanks LBRC :-o )
A ZZMT motor. A bunch of Brass workings, and soldering. I need to find a Tiny PCB(iwaver maybe?) Or maybe ZZSE?

Well, what are your thoughts on this. O heres some pictures from people over on the German sites TTT's

yeah, ive really wanted to make one. Ill have pics up later tonight of my test U joints on a slightly larger scale first though. I tried to make some tiny U joints once before but they are quite hard to make correctly. Instead of a table top truck i want to make an epoch sized mini T stadium truck.

Right now ive started a little larger with an xmod sized stadium truck with full front and rear suspension, U joints instead of dog bones and some lego tires.

Should be interesting if i can get it to work

If it does ill switch over to a smaller scale and work my way down,, darn thing takes forever

Those german pimps never cease to amaze me with the precision and attention to detail in those things!

On a quasi- related topic - Has anyone used a front axle like the TTT's to make a fully all wheel drive bit?

Would love to see a 1:64 AWD wrx tearing it up!
