i got my ms pro yesterday at toys r us and well i thought it be kinda cool to have a boost, but when i drove it i was quite dissapointed, maybe it was just me but that battery is pretty damn weak, i couldnt even get 2 laps out of it. the motors pretty weak to. and the boost button is in a really gay place. overall i was quite dissapointed in ms's product

Speaking of the hetrosexually challenged positioning of the boost button, I couldn't agree more.....
What would be SERIOUSLY nice is a two point contact switch inside the F/R button.
Essentially, what would happen is you push it for normal mode just a little bit, but you push it just a bit harder down, then it kicks in boost mode.
So you eliminate a separate boost button and it would feel more confortable in the hands.
You guys think that is possible?

Dear Life Cereal, Where do you get off? Part of a balanced breakfast and delicious? Who do you think you are? By now you may have guessed I'm speaking ironically and have nothing but good things to say about what you do. Life cereal do not change a thing.

@extrememicros, someone over at TRC did something similar, where he drilled a hole in the foward button, and moved the boost button there. That seems like a pretty good solution to me.
@PseudoRooter, THANK YOU!! That's exactly what I need.
I would have did the mod before I even posted, except I don't have a 10k resistor on hand, I've got 8 different values of resistors handy, but no 10k. Dammit, now I have to run to Radio Shack tomorrow.
