I think I could narrow it down to just the RS Moron Brigade @ Century 3 mall. These idiots couldn't even read the labels right to enter in the computer to look and see if other stores had what I wanted. Opps, sorry, I got the wrong number!! Hey, Would you like me to read it for you?

Mall RS people seem to be trained differently that stores that are not in malls. I see it like a cattle vs people attitude. Mall want you to go here get this and get this and the people attitude is treating people like people. Also most mall stores see people every few minutes where non mall stores can go an hour or more before seeing any one. If you can't tell I have been in both types and I started in a non-mall and currently in a non-mall and I love it I know most of my regular customers by name. I also have been a manager and know allot about what Company RS stores can a can't do.

The shack I go to actually knows stuff about r/c cars, though they're more into xmods, not ZZs. At least they know about this stuff, and don't do all the rs upgrades and nothing else.
