WTF? is Kinney's? That's a shoe store in STL...

It's was a shoe store here in DC too til about 10-15 years ago

It's a Drug store in the Northeast. It had those same exact wheels and tires on it.

Yep, Lake Placid, NY, which is about an hour from Canada. I'm going back up next week, so maybe I'll pick one up.
