Hiro, where'd you find the pullbacks? I might be able to help you out with some of the bodies your looking for too.HirotoR34 wrote:Nice score DT! You stole that puppy.....Where did you find the Nakamichi's? I was looking for them on ebay and came up stale. I picked up an NSX and Skyline 2000 GT-R pullbacks last night. I tried to get another Trueno, but the dude said he was out. I also ordered the blue Calsonic Skyline body ($8.00 minus shipping!)
Also, anybody found that NakaHum online yet?
Edit: don't answer the 2nd question. Got my threads crossed.

but I set my bid high, he backed off, sent me an
email congratulating me on the win.
That dude was me. My eBay name is the same as my forum name. Once I saw that you were the other player, I decided to let it go since I knew it was going to a good home. I'll get another shot at one if it's meant to be. Karma. It is a cool looking little bugger.
Just kidding, Thanx for back'n off, I would've done the same, actually I did !!! I out bidded another Pimp (didn't know it was him) , he PM'd me and he did the same thing. Gotta recognize the names there and you're
right, it's goin to a Very Good Home!
I've been wanting this baby for a while now, actually I want 2 but we'll see. Am I the 1st in Da Hood to get one ?????

I got these from JDMToys.com. I think they're out of the Trueno pb's, but they have some others. Toyeast only has the NSX-R. NanoRC has all models of pullbacks, but they want $12 bucks for em.mikirgra wrote:Hiro, where'd you find the pullbacks? I bought 20 of those 3.8's from Toynk myself. I was thinking I was ordering Perfection 3.8's, which they're not. The motors from Toynk have a white end-cap. I haven't had a chance to run them much yet, but I think they're a little less punchy than the Perfection 3.8's. Still, it's hard to beat 20 motors for 10 bucks.

I have one of those motors from Superfly, and I hate to base an opinion off of just one of these motors, but I seem to remeber Hue and Superfly saying they were 3.8-like.mikirgra wrote:I bought 20 of those 3.8's from Toynk myself. Any rate, that's my impression if this motor. Seems very much like a 3.8, if not a tad slower.

I emailed him about the motors and he said they were not Perfection, ZipZap or Tomy's so I thought I'd take a chance.....we'll see
He's got 20 more up for auction now......
And I just won the bid on mine......

I got the Lupin III set. I wanted it for the little Fiat 500, but I'm probably going to dump it pretty soon. I actually thought the Ultraman cars looked like they would be fun to mod in to something entirely different. The Mach5 looks big. Anybody got one? Just in the pics I've seen, it looks like it's quite a bit bigger than the other Tomy shells.
