any info opinion on these?

General discussions, new info, and all stuff that's how you say, off the hook. Bit, ZZ, SE, MT, SS... as long as it's micro, it's here.

How about moving the motor and eliminating a gear?

is it a full axel in the rear? in that pic its hard to see since the motor is ontop or where the motor should be.

Uh, I don't have one of these, but the photoshop 4 to 2 gear change shouldn't be physically possible. The top idler would just spin on the shaft and there's nothing to link it with another gear, or it's glued to shaft and the other gear under it is useless? It could work as a 4 to 3 mod if you left the lower right idler.

If you wanted to do that 4 to 2 gear, you just glue both gears on right to shaft, ditch the top left idler (spacer if needed) and you'd be there without having to hack anything up. Right gear becomes a solid idler feeding from pinion to the spur.

I thought of that but I don't think that there are actually 4 gears in there. It looks like 2 odd shaped gears...at least when you blow up the image that's what it looks like. I'm guessing they juzt had a bunch of these laying around.
