Help for animation?

Hi guys
I'm an animator (http://www.youtube.com/namchild) and am currently starting work on a new project which involved two micro rc cars. I'm looking to team up with someone who could build/modify two cars with (hopefully) the following mods.
Police car
*front and rear lights
*Alternating police car lights (red and blue) on the top (otherwise flashing lights inside the front grill)
Racer
*front and rear lights
*underglow (blue or green leds pointed down)
If you think you can help please get in touch asap (through bitpimps or by email namchild@hotmail.co.uk) and I will put you/your shop/club in the credits/intro.
Love to hear if this is even possible.
