Not usually my type of post, but anyways...

General discussions, new info, and all stuff that's how you say, off the hook. Bit, ZZ, SE, MT, SS... as long as it's micro, it's here.

I did something today while being kinda bored at tha store.

I bought a 1/64 Modifiers Escalade for the purpose of a dub job.

The hubs are 10 times easier to work with than the 1/43 scale ones which the holes are to big and a pain in tha hiz-ass, whereas the 1/54 ones have holes that have to be drilled to fit....a blessing from the Pimp God I assume....:-D Plus obviously, other truck rims will fit from the series too, but I assume from the small size of the car rims, they would be too small.
To top it off, bit front tires fit perfectly on the rims!!!

Bottom line, I pulled off my first non zip/bit wheel job and it was fun. It looks sharp as I won't post pix as everyone has seen the mod a ba-zillion times over. I got plenty room to slam the body down....ready for some racing action...

I don't get into those damn "My First....blazeh, blazeh" type posts but I just felt like I accomplished something and wanted to share with my pimps.

That's cool to hear small bit tires fit perfectly on those rims. I've been thinking about getting rims off a die cast, but every one I had ever tried had hard tires.
...crazy man, crazy...dig it.
