AirHogs Dive Master Velocity.
Mine is branded Toys R Us exclusive. Might just be that color scheme, might be the only place ever.

$40. 3 channel IR mini submarine.
3" long, 0.840" wide, 1.140" tall. Tiny single prop at rear, TINY stern thruster at rear, motorized buoyancy tank at bottom of hull, charge port is fwd top, red led spotlight. Has a lipo battery. binary controls.
claims to be programed to surface after 5 min no control input. rated for 2' water depth. Bottom of package molded to be submarine storage platform.
Surface tension and tiny airbubbles WILL fight your bouyancy. It weighs less than a ZipZap. Clear your stern thruster, seriously do it again it cavitates with ANY air. Turns in about 8" circle, tail pushes wider than the nose due to stern thruster.

Wow a reply already. Not sure what an ASCII penis means, so here's a bit more info.
It runs the length of a bathtub in about 12 seconds. It's not a speed demon, but you don't want it to be. control inputs can take a little opposite to neutral out where you wanted it. Bouyancy is a bit fiddly to set where you want.
Having a stern thruster instead of a bow thruster is a little weird getting used to. If you get up against a wall, steer into wall to push the tail out, little reverse and you're good to go. Hull wants to attract bubbles out of the dissolved oxygen, goes floaty.
Full float it rides with the con tower and charge port cover out of water. Makes a cool little wake, and little bitty rooster tail. Dive command is pretty responsive, unless you're wanting something drastic a couple clicks get you there once it overcomes the inertia.
Auto surface does work as advertised. If RX loses IR signal the red search light on sub goes from solid to flashing. Charge takes a while. No dive planes, so you can't do the awesome surface under power to jump out of water thing, it's a water blimp.
