i got a 35mhz gloria. its got stupid stickers on it. those will be removed. it comes with <drumroll>pink clone motor</drumroll> a yellow battery that doesnt have any markings. hard tires(will be replaced when i get home). the gear is the standard clone white noisy gears but oh well it looks like a pretty decent car. more info as i beat on it.

O sweet a Gloria! I may pick me up one of those sometime. What bodies do Thunder Chargers come in?

they come in a rally car that sorta looks like a wrx with a buncha foglights on it and an suv. neither look that great but the chassis can be modded to fit bit bodies anyhow. they have wider wheels than bits to.

rally racers are pretty much total knockoffs of bits. someone said that they are actually shen qui weis repackaged. if so it seems to live up to its reputation.

Have You hadda chance to beat on it yet? Wanna know what you think.

I bought mine from KBToys for $9.99 (when they put them on sale, $13.99 when not) and in my opinion they are best clones I've ever purchased. They're fast, great handling, track straight, kickin azz range. I've praised these since day1 and think they'll out perform any Micro straight out Da Box!

hmm i like the wheels on the thunder chargers better. i havnt tested range yet but it is quick across my desk. it tracks pretty straight considering the rear non drive wheel is loose on the axle(most cars are like this including bits). one of the front wheels wasnt perfectly molded but i can shave off the excess plastic. the body is pretty good quality for a clone.

ok

heres what you gotta do if you want a real carpet racer i call them my carpet racers

1. orange gears with the plastic molded rims and tires from the set with the red suspension bars

2. hard ribbed front tires

3. powerful motor preferibly a 2.6

4. 150 mah battery for that extra lil kick of power

5. optional MOSFET mod (optional)

6. a carpet

i like the teal gars and i throw away the suspension plastic thing and use springs

2. hard ribbed front tires
soft slicks all around for me

3. powerful motor preferibly a 2.6
powerful = nothing tomy makes

4. 150 mah battery for that extra lil kick of power
mah has nothing to do with output power

5. optional MOSFET mod (optional)
aint done that yet

6. a carpet
i like tite weave carpet

With out springs in the front, you'll be bouncing around on that carpet like nobody's business..

All my cars cook across the carpet, and this is regular carpet in a house.. They fly across the tite shit.

And most tires are grippy on the carpet.. A good set up is when you can go from carpet to tile, or some other slick surface, and still be handling like a mofo...

dt: i just busted her out and well shes about as powerful as any other car with the "pink clone motor". tracks straight enough until i work on the rear end. steering is very nice. i gota say that its even both ways and nice and tight. range with antenna shoved under shell = 15-20foot. all in all id say its a good car.

DT had that exact car, but in da hood, items change hands.
and now Noxorc got his ride.

I erased the serial numbers and the chopshop produced this...
