I bought one, played wit it for about 5minutes, took it apart, and then promptly returned it. The front setup is terrible. It's an easy modification to fix but I feel like a car should atleast run good out of the box and be modified to improve not correct.(unless ofcourse it's a $5 clone)

I totally agree with you Sezziz, that why I'm steering away from these, going on your word, but if they come out with a funny car or top fuel dragster, I just might break down and get that.

instead of electromagnets pullin the steering it has a motor and rack setup. it doesnt pick up metal which is really nice and also seems to have more resistance to centering when you dont want it to.

They friggen put the front pins in backwards. I used to do my whell swaps this way so that I wouldn't have to drill in the rim. If you don't have the right play or to much play in the part of the knuckle that holds the pin, the wheel won't spin right. One side will drag.

And it's still bit scale? Is the steering motor swappable?

Scottman when Sessiz and i spoke about these originally the link that we took a look at didnt mention whether or not Hobby Lobby was SELLING these or they were in the cases as ...gifts to Hobby Lobby. Can you enlighten us..are the folks at Hobby Lobby selling the street tunerz yet?

Yeah I think they are because like I said they are carrying all the muscle machine brand of cars ,right.and they have always seemed to have some really hard to ge cars,so i saw these RC muscle machines, well then i saw in the same package as the RC muscle machines were RC Import style of tuner cars, they had an acura nxs,and toyota supra and these guys were very low to the ground and looked very detailed,so iam guessing at least where i live they are carrying these.
