i know theres a few threads on these but they have been mainly for upcoming dates and people who mailordered them. so if you want one the wait is over and go head over to radiosnack today. they are pretty darn cool.

Yes Hog, I agree, they seem cool.

Very boxy car body....ae85 and ae86.

I've plugged in the connector to a batter to check out the lights, VERY BRIGHT.

But no chassis yet. and I have not tried to put it on an old body.

Also different, are the hubcaps...the center is missing, so the endcap on the axle sticks through to fill in.

I'm gonna be the one to say it, but I'm a little bit pissed that RS came out with this bad boy first... WTF?

Does "Tomy" have their heads up their arses. Why would they let RS steal the show like that?

If Tomy wants to stay in the micro r/c business, they gotta do something, and damn quick too....

just got my SE, had to actually have the dude dig in boxes (lazy fuckers didn't put anything out yet from yesterdays shipment).
they only had 3 Savannahs, I got 1 of em so now their down to 2

luckily i got the cool guy at 9:30am today and just asked if they got their shipment of the new zipzaps in and he was like " i think we did" and went in the back and came out with 3 of each. i got the nifertiti rx7

OMG, the body sits higher in front than anything I've seen before!
I gotta think they got scured and did this to accomidate all the new inner workings (servo up front for steering, etc.)
this just looks ridiculous! lol

I push forward on the trigger, it goes.
but the servo for the steering kinda "wakes up" and jitters.
doesn't necessarily move, but wakes and jitters.
you guys get this same thing?

ya the nerf rx7 looks about as cheesy as the first run of zz shells. ill put my challenger on when i get home.
