Paint issues..

Post by Pie »

i havent been posting in a while.. but been modding all the time.

i did a little bit of painting today.. and the paint dried fairly smooth.. just it has little dimples and pits in it.. they're perfectly round, so im assuming they're bubbles that popped when it was drying.

will a clearcoat make them unnoticeable? or should i scratch the whole thing and paint it again?

thx for help :-)

whats happening is exacly that, Air bubbles forming whats known as "orange peel" If you look at anything like a computercase it will have little stipples of slightly raised paint bumps.

Just lightly wet sand and put on another coat and then continue doing each step until no more bubbles.
