MONSTER TRUCKS

Ive saw a few monster trucks like the bit lar-g by prabbit and ive got a double engined bit that looks gay cos its been raised about an inch. It was meant to be a monster truck but the wheels (from a lego racer) were so big, they were scraping each other!
Does anyone know any products with the perfect size wheels (about 3cm in DIAMETER)? They should also look good and the product must be cheep (no more than $20). Could you also tell me where you can get them?
