i love that bus! and i liked it so much i bought a disney bus off ebay for 39.99 plus shipping from hong kong. that thang is way slow but cool to putz around with, the body is way tall to so haveing a larger motor would just have you turning it back on it wheels every time u turn...
all i can say is cool bus. u know the toyeast bus has lights and my original disney bus dont , that sucks big time...

Speaking of VW buses, whatever happened to the VW hippy wagon that was a prototype resin-looking thing from TE? Dark Tari put a pick of it up last summer, and I've never seen anything about it since.

They probably put it on the back burner cause I haven't heard any more, and I've been checkin. I have seen a few floating around on the over-seas forums. I'll keep ya posted !

Da VW camper with surfboards on top is available, spoke to some dudes at Nurnberg toy fair who were stocking it, if I can find out where I will post back.

Also saw new konami micro r/c - true 1/64th scale, fantastic detail - rally car styles - no photos please the sign said.

it would be great to get a vw bus body, my daily driver is infact a 1967 vw micro deluxe transporter, i have been all over the net trying to find a rc body or any body for that fact, but no ado. i even tried making a silicon mold and resin cast one but has not come out the way i want it ... if any ones finds one i would pay BIG...

Resin cast body made just for a Bit. If you go here you can see the other ones. I've never bought from them, but I understand they go for around $15, not sure if that includes shipping.

You gotta show the one with the flames. Excellent flame job!
