'Digi Q' the forgotten toy...

Anyone elso interested in these little bastards too? I wanna get one, but i'm havin' trouble laying down the intial dinero... like between $80-$90 for the kit and a propo-special
!
I'm sure it's well worth it, but i'm like frightened wood-land creature when it comes to clicking the "BUY" button! I so want the trueno w/a propo special REAL BAD... so i can drift like a mofo up this piece!

do we know if it's compatable with the propo-special though? cause that's the whole reason I want to get one, those program codes are the shiznit!

iRacer (that Hog linked to at Amazon) is a clone, NOT a US distributor. And no, it's not compatible with the Propo Special.
The Propo Special codes are definitely the shiz.
Just a couple of points to consider, to help you push that 'Buy' button...
- All Digi-Qs come stock with a 2.4v dual cell NiMH batt
- The Propo Special controller lets you manually control; Top Speed, Acceleration, Braking and Turning Angle...On an LCD screen.
- The initial cost is high, but considering it's propo that means there's no need to put in different motors.
- As you already know, there's those funky codes
- They're friggin small as hell!
- No rat tails hanging out the car cause it's IR, and since it's IR it's got about a 20' LOS (line of sight) range.

i'm still fightin' the demons off... i don't know, i just keep lookin' around waitin' for someone to have a sale or sumthin'. it's just that whenever i buy a new bit it's ALWAYS on sale, i never pay the full price... kinda why i'm still kickin' my self in the ass over the puchi [ouch]
i still want one real bad and i'm lookin' at it in the cart right now, rationalizing the purchase in my mind. all the reasons you gave namuna are more than enough... arrghh click it just click you jackass!!
