Pre Bit Char-g Micro R/C?

If I am reading this correctly, this is a 1991 Tomy Char-g product. Looks kind of like the Digi-Q cars. It's kind of hard to get an actual fix on what the scale is, but if that is a hard wood floor the car is sitting on, it looks to be quite a big larger than bits. Anyone know anything about them?
