Plus, who is to say who excels at what. You don't know what people have going on, whether it be in their head or on their workbench!!!
I have 219 Xmods and I like to rip them apart and try different things. Me not posting what I do and when I do it, doesn't make me a slacker or someone who doesn't excel at something.
Everyone has their own personality and contributions. It is up to the FORUM READERS to decide who is the most helpful and innovative with their thoughts and designs.
Mostly it doesn't matter who has the biggest and baddest.
It's who is willing to share and help others to have the biggest and baddest!!!!
Perfect example is Ph2t's development thread at Ausmicro.com, he didn't hold back info for his benefit, he helped everyone to learn. By doing so he gained the confidence and backing of some people that will help him talk about and spread the knowledge, not necessarily the product, but the knowledge of it.
One day when you get into MGT. somewhere, you'll see that its about how you can help bring people up in the world and promote them, and not how you bring yourself up, because that is how you bring yourself up, by helping others. Its not like that everywhere, but it is a general business philosophy.
I understand that this is a hobby, but if you take it seriously enough, you can make a POSITIVE and HELPING name for yourself very quickly and easily.
Look at me for example........look at the people at BitPimps.....look at the people here at R7R......notice, it is up to the individual person to decide on who is the one to turn to and help them.
Who are they?
What do they contribute?
What are the outcomes?
Who has been helped?
Have you learned anything from someone on the forums?
What I'm tryin' to say is that, however insignificant you may feel someone is, you are just as insignificant.
There will be people after me and EVERYONE ELSE that will come along and innovate something.
Does that make the people that came before any less of a influence?
You make the forum just as important as the next sign-up does!
People come and go, but the information and knowledge they pass on will last forever!! No matter how small of a contribution it may be.
This turned out to be longer than I intended, but I hope everyone can take away something.

They cant just ban you without it reflecting on the progress of the forums.
Sg219, Rawhide, Me, Pomme, Skyline Driver, Boneyskin....
Were all replaceable, we don't excel at one thing. Say MRCC banned Dennis L, that would result in a horrible aftermath. No one else can fit that niche of crazy German body modder. LBRC isn't replaceable, hes the lithium expert with Iwavers, no one could replace him.
As much conflict as I've had with you I'll put down my guard and admit that your obviously one of the smartest people I've meet regarding electronics while on these boards.
