Hiroto is right, microsash has put a SE pcb into a zzmt...I think he just did the wrong link.

Well I might not be a technical genius, but I have FET modded enough SEs to tell you, the torque sucks, I wouldn't put one in my monster.
You know, people are sticking IWver PCBs in there monsters. Search for Betty.ks post around here. You can order the pcb separate from toyeast, for like $25, you might spend a bit more on shipping, but that's basically what you'd waste killing a SE and FET modding it, for mediocre results.

Guys, guys, pay attention for a half a second. $22.50+shipping for Iwaver PCB. Shipping from Toyeast on something small like this is usually about $8 for me, and usually arrives in around a week. $25+tax for the ZZ SE, going rate for a FET mod $20. Don't know what Code's DC mod runs, but you're already in for $50, or at least $35 even if you do the FET mod yourself, and the performance of the Iwaver board will smoke the modded SE board. Remember it has much larger FETs. Seems like a no-brainer to me.My thought's exactly backdrift. I'd like to know if code's mod would give the board the torque it needs. I'd really like to try it. Maybe I'll get a 3rd gen pcb and do it.
Later,
Chrome...

After about five seconds of "hard" thinking...I got one (Iwaver spare) on the way. Takes a while though.
ZZMT owns me

And no disrespect to you, but that was a stupid comment. The SMART thing to have done would've been to just post there and not say anything here.biohazard wrote:I am not sure even with a mosfet it will have enough power. I am going to post this on ausmicro; there are some serious tech guys that visit there.
No disrespect to the guys here, but I have seen some electrical mods there that were pretty intense
