Well after about 30 minutes of modding this is what I have so far.
I believe I will have enough room now for two small lipoly cells. I will be using a iwaver pcb for it as well. Then I will work on making it pretty.
I would like to think CivicsR2Cool for giving me the idea. After seeing his 2 great creations it gave me the idea for this one.

Great too see you guys bouncing off eachother. Hell, I may do it, lord knows I have enough SEs kickin around that I could double/tripple cell and just see what happens when bits go Dicast

After test fitting it, it is a little narrow. I will be using a Silvia body instead. It is just the right width for the chassis and wheels.
Edit: I test fitted the chassis on the Silvia body and it fits perfectly. I modded the motor bay to hold a bigger motor (it's a iwaver servo motor). I still need to get the cells and pcb. Once I get everything I will finish the chassis and put it all together.

fuck nuts that is pimp!
good job just get her dropped in the back and just a smidget up in the front (lowering the rear will do that though) and also for some reason that body doesnt look right without a spoiler
(or is it just me?)

You guys should add a screw in the middle of the white plastic, and drill a few holes in the chassis, so you can have an adjustable chassis, i think i will do that soon, because i have a chassis waiting to be stretched.

Thanks Pimp, I hope it continues to work out like it has so far.
I got the rear mount made a little while ago. I think I am going to paint the chassis once I get the on/off switch mounted.
I did a mockup with 3cells and a SE pcb. I think I will change my mind a go this route with this car and see how it works out. I might use the iwaver pcb still but I really have something else in mind for it. I will use a lipoly when I get them but I will spend the rest of the night putting in a working pcb and wiring it all up. Also my rear mount keeps breaking off but with the 3 cells in the body fits snug.

Well I got done faster then expected. I took it for a test run and it isn't to bad. With the extra weight it is a little faster then a stock gen 3 SE. I will make a small vid if any of ya pimps are interested. Here is some pics til then.
Edit: I made a small video

One last update... I went out and got a new body this afternoon. Installed a better charging adaptor under the chassis. Modded the wheels to fit as well. So until I get my lipolys I guess it is now finished.

Yeah love it! Thank god you got rid of the Zip Zap wheels, that finished it off IMO. Course you all know my love for diecast wheels.
