How wide is too wide?

General discussions, new info, and all stuff that's how you say, off the hook. Bit, ZZ, SE, MT, SS... as long as it's micro, it's here.

One side down, one to go....

Edit: got both sides finished. Now all I need to do is sand everything down and smooth it all out.

Now I ask pimps..... What color/colors should I paint it?? I am going for a Touring car look and feel.

just a suggestion I was looking at the body real close and I think that if you round of the part right behind to front wheel well it would look even better. The square part on the back behind the rear wheel well is cool.

also you might want to add a vent on the front side of the rear wheel wheel that would look real sweet! oh and the back continue the back lights to fit into the flare on the back that would look good too. Just my 2 cent's about what its worth! :?

I like the look real well I think a matalic red would look real cool on that body! Great work man I really like your build style!

Thanks evoraptor and swg, I used the plastic from a Microsizer speed set DT sent me for the whole bodykit. I did a little work to the frontend. I am still not finished with everything I want to do. The vent idea might be put into effect though. Thanks again pimps!

A mock up with some wheels I might use. I also will be getting another SE chassis to use with this one.

That's com'n along real sweet man. As far as color is concerned, I suggest YOU pick out a real Pimp color combo that shows off all the detail that was done. Go look'n hear to get some ideas., just go thru the individual galleries.....

If you're going for a touring car that's kitted out, I'd go with some kinda white/bright color combo. Something like these:

I used to use Squadron's white putty, but I've converted to Tamiya. Tamiya is more gooey and seems to have a higher liquid content. I got more air pockets and cracks with Squadron's.
