General discussions, new info, and all stuff that's how you say, off the hook. Bit, ZZ, SE, MT, SS... as long as it's micro, it's here.

List your Projects

Post by stagg »

:) Yo guys what's up, Stagg here makin 'nother thread. What are all ya'll current projects? Yo fools I got cash to burn, and don't feel like spending it all on hoes.
What are the projects you guys recommend? I was thinking of makin myself a ZipZapMonster with the Iwaver, since the Pimp LBRC has been doin so much cool shit wit that stuff. I was also considering pickin up some Li-Po's and a 20 doller Charger. What are some other projects? I'm not only stuck in the Bit range Either, I may do what LBRC did also and streach a ZZSE to fit a Nice SS body, then use an Iwaver CB wit it.

Let me know your Idea's im open to Anything.

My current project is to try to stretch my arm out to the coffee table and pick up the remote so I can change the damn channel from the snow I've been watching for the last hour. Don't know when I'm gonna get it done, or if even. Man, it's just sitting there laughing at my ass. Just can't muster up the motiviation to go for it though. Ah to hell with it.

Better luck with yours. I'm out.

My vote goes to the LBRC route. :-)
Dear Life Cereal, Where do you get off? Part of a balanced breakfast and delicious? Who do you think you are? By now you may have guessed I'm speaking ironically and have nothing but good things to say about what you do. Life cereal do not change a thing.

I have wayyyyyy too many to list, but currently, here are a couple.

Finish my Mini-T.

I want to make an RC Tank from a non-RC tank.

Get my XXX-NT running again.

Add a few minor alloy parts to the T-Maxx and tune it better, more precise.

Bits, bits, and more bits, all kinds of crazy projects sittin' around collecting dust.

There's a bunch more, but I guess those are sorta priority projects. :-o

This frickin' game GTA San Andreas has taken up a buttload of my time the past week.
I must stop..... I'm 3/4 of the way through with my first bit mod.
Okay, over 1/2.

1) ZZMT dual cell 150mAh lipo + double stack FETs
--- Going to go propo on the throttle with an i-waver board perhaps. Wish I could buy just the TX/RX for this! $80 is an awful lot of motivation to find another solution to my problem of rolling my ZZMT! I've lost the motor I wound for this somewhere so I might just do another one (as I now know how to connect to the comm with top/bottom "brushes") instead of messing with the iwaver board. Waiting on a Kokam 145 to get here. Perhaps a ZZSE board is the way to go? It would be nice to run my modded ZZMT and my ZZSE At the same time(MY is also 27mhz). (Squish the mouse!)

2) XMod. Just got the final part of my xmod in (v2.2) when I can solder it in, it should be running. AWD GPM + towers & Springs. X2LSPE (undergroundxmods.com) and ph2t-crafted plasmatomic. alloy wheels. 830mAh 2cell 12C Lipo. Tight Turns, 2x LS Viscous BB Diff. Abec-5 Bearings, etc, etc (Ph2t, benchmarks by this weekend! I promise!)

3) ZZSE
--- R-Spec Formula II Motor. Yet to put in my FETs. Waiting on a Kokam 145 and DC Mod Board.

4) OGZZ Hopefully I'll win this auction and have a Perfection 4.2 King Motor for this one. Also waiting on Kokam. FETs not installed (I figured out that I don't need any jumpers or anything! Just replace the 4 transistors with FETs!)

5) Hopefully a Digi-Q Formula to play with. I'm not sure what all I can do to it, but I'll find a site or two when it arrives. I imagine that the mod scene for this one is a little light.

This on top of being self employed, with a job that requires odd hours sometimes, and having a girlfriend that is out of my league and requires constant attention, cuts deeply into my sleep.

Cool, I'll probably need it. I always experience a game for what it is, without cheats or whatever, the 1st time through at least. If I get stuck, that's when walkthroughs and you guys come in handy.
I JUST unlocked the Tierra Robada missions, (James Woods).

When the hell do I get to buy/unlock Wang Motors or whatever in San Fierro?
Wait, this is bit/zip discussion.....heck, I'll start one in 'unrelated'.....

1. Organize my parts. (Almost done)
2. Write the review I've been working on all week
3. Install chassis upgrade on my xmod. (After I figure out my reception problem)
4. Finish painting this car for sessiz, that I started months ago, but put off, because I didn't want to screw it up, and I was screwing things up at the time.
5. Start the car that I'm building for someone, but as of this moment it's a secret.
6. Misc. projects that are on the back burner until I have everything I need- Flat bed truck to carry my prostocker. Iwaver PCB in Se. I waver PCB in stretched chassis ZZ MT. Solder together a tube frame buggy. make a fiberglass chassis for an SE. I could go on and on with my little day dreams.

I didn't want to post my projects, because I didn't know where I was at, but I think sitting down and making a list helped me organize my priorties, and now I know what I need to get done.
