Took apart a zzse yesterday and came upon a white wire that had lost its place. ANyone know what this wire is for and if its + or -? THe steering and throttle seem to work fine without it, i find that odd.

yep, the lights all work. I tried to ground it and the car wont work, with it connected to + it works but with no change if its connected or not (as far as i can tell) all of the prop works correctly, im quite confused.

It might be the channel assign from the original controler.

just peeked inside mine, you all win a cupie doll
there was only one white wire inside, it goes from the pcb (lemme know if you wanna know where, only got 1 blurry pic) to the right side charging pad (the one behind the servo motor).

if you're only ever gonna use ch1 then you can live without the wire. the default channel in the car is ch1, anything else needs to be programmed by the proper controller and through that wire.
