Okay, check this. I went to the local Radio Shack and bought a pair of them Zip Zaps bodies. What I didnt know was that the ZZ's dont fit onto my bit. They are too big. I need some ideas. Should I return the bodies and get my g's back, or should I chop them up to fit my chasis. I kinda want to keep them so I could mod them, but I kinda want my money back. What do you guys think? It's two Posche bodies. :-?

if you're confident you'll be pleased with the results, or if you feel like experimenting, etc. - I'd chop it, if ya screw up, you still gots a good one to try again.

but, if that's not your bag, then go getchur $$$'s back.

just my opinion

Or go back to Radio Shack and get a Zip Zap to put the body on. I turned my nose up at ZZ for a long time, but I actually really like the 2 ZZ chassis I bought recently. Plus, you can get a Camaro, dats da shizzle.

I agree with the other homies... a zipzap should be in everyones garage.
A good test car to compare against. and they have some hot bodies.
(as you know)

I dont know....ZZ's are kinda pricey....and my pockets are empty. I might go w/ the whole chop up deal. I only payed some $4. and like CaboWabo said....I still have that other body to correct my mistakes on. In the mean time....ElniƱo is looking for a job to get that ZZ bit. :???:

Mow some lawns, it's the season for it.

Me and me friend used to strap the weed whacker, rake, broom, hose, to the lawnmower, and drag it around the neighborhood, going door to door seeing if anyone wanted their lawns mowed.

We only charged $5, but we got this one guy that kept saying stuff like I'll give you another $5 to do the back too, I'll give you another $5 to trim, $5 to hose the driveway, and we were like duh, why do you think we brought the hose and everything, but we kept our mouths shut, made $50 off of him, and went back every weekend.

So that's my money making story. I figured out a quicker way to make money when I was 18, but I'm pleading the 5th on that one, on the grounds that it may incriminate me.

I'l look into that lawn bizzo...but recently I've been around town more often than a $5 hooker. I have so many job applications, I'm basically sleeping in them. filling them out aight too hard. One of them is bound to snag me a job. That ZZ bit aight too far away. I give it two weeks after I get a job, I'll have the ZZ. 8-)

Alright, I'll be the counterpoint for opinion...

Return the bodies and get your money back.

For the mooks around here that ain't scared to lay out the cash for the bodies, screwing up a body or 10 ain't no big deal. But it sounds to me like your bankroll isn't quite up to CaboWabo Trump status, so messing up even 1 body hurts.

Get your dough back, save up the cash for a ZZ. Ratshack is up to like the 3rd generation on the ZZs, so the improvements done make it worth saving for...And Radio Shack doesn't have to be your only source, check out the For Sale Forums around too, there's cheaper ways to get what you want.

I hear what you're saying Namuna, but I aint that strapped for cash. Getting $10 is easy around here. Getting the 20's and up is what's gonna be hard. I'll check around the web...see what comes up w/ that ZZ. 8-)
