I broke it:(
I was driving my zzse on the table and then accidently drove it off the body poped off. I tried to recharge it because it wouldn't drive and the led on the controller turned orange. I opened it up to see if there were any disconnected wires but they were all good. then I took the battery out and for some reason I put it back in the opposite way and it actually took a charge I set it down it drove and turned both ways but the charge only lasted like 20 seconds any ideas how I can fix it or why it would take a charge when the battery was in backwards and not when it was in the right way. Any help would be appreciated and sorry for the long post.

Well, honestly, that didn't make a whole lot of sense, because things just do not work that way, but I can say, you absolutely can not charge a battery backwards. That as good as dead shorting a battery, and can cause voltage reversal. If you tried to charge it backwards, that battery is more than likely toast. Since I'm not familiar with your experience with these cars, I will ask, you do realize SE batteries are backwards from standard Zip Zaps?
