instead of removing the cap completly(i can't solder with a crap)can i use a pair of needle nose to crush the cap?

You can try, but you will prolly damadge the pcb in the process.

I just tried it on a lonely dead PCB and I crushed it with a pair of scissors (Strong scissors) and It doesn't look like I damaged anything else but ill never know since its a dead pcb anyway.
