sm2osley, this is one of the best and hardest mods to do.

Also, check Weird Science shortly.....
Unfortunately there is no very in-depth tutorial for this mod. The German page has the info that you need but the steps are hard to follow. Most people that have done this and posted info have done it on a higher, more results driven level. Another issue is the fact that the FET's aren't cheap and only have limited suppliers.
You ned tobe very good at soldering and have lots of patience. Many people have fried their PCB's doing so......

You wouldn't happen to know of a US parts supplier and some parts numbers for the FETs, do you? I think I can follow the instructions and am handy enough with the soldering iron, just need the parts.

Sure Fly, the part is IRLML2502. It can be ordered from DIGIKEY.
