heli electrics q's, range issues
i'm not getting a lot of range outta my new heli (glitches at 10 - 15m), i'm wondering if there's anything i can do to help it.
i noticed that the motors have a single 104 cap across the motor terminals.
from my car experience there are usually 2 or 3 caps and the motor can is wired up but these aren't.
should i wire up 2 caps per motor, between the terminals and can?
if i did that, does the fact that the 2 motors are attached to the same aluminium plate matter?
what about the rx aerial, any special considerations?
i currently have it coiled along the boom.

One thing I would suggest, is placing the aerial in a tube along one of the skids. If you manage to snap the boom, you won't lose part of the aerial. I dunno, I got that from my LHS guy, but he really is into helis...betty.k wrote: what about the rx aerial, any special considerations?
