Those are probably the most useful vids I've seen in a long time.

I could definitely use the 12v one.

That is awesome. Maybe buy the 12 volt hack it then package the batts and sell 'em :twisted:

Alright, the 12v battery hack would be good to save some money, but the 9v battery hack? How many times have you been out and about, the batteries die in your portable radio, and you're like, "No problem, I just happen to have a 9v and a pair of pliers." Right. I don't foresee that becoming too handy in my future.

Still way cool though.

The 9v one doesn't work on all 9v batts. I had a dead one I ripped open to make the 9v safe, it had 6 weird flat rectangular cells.

I hadn't seen the 12v one before, pretty cool.

I wonder if a rechargable 9v battery will have those AAAA cells. I have been looking for a better battery for my Micro-t trail rig.

I have one here, but it says 150mah. :???:

edit:I'm an idiot. of course it does. It says right here 7.2v 150mAh :lol:
