I was so impressed with the pictures of DT’s Scion XB that I dug up an XB body that I had purchased from Biohazard and got it to look sorta like DT’s ride.

I thought it would be easier then it was but I did not realize how many coats of paint were on that body and when I went to paint it black it started orange pealing on me!!!

So out with the break fluid and striping 4 yes 4 coats of paint from the body. Then the break fluid messed up the putty job that was on it so I had to re-do that also. But I got it re-done and painted up and finished the detail work this morning at 3:00AM!

So here are some pictures of DT’s new ride that will be sent out to him this week! Sorry the pictures are so bad man but it is 3:00 in the morning and well ya’ll will just have to forgive me.

I hope you like the ride DT I will try and have it in the mail to you by the end of the week! Oh and this is a surprise ride DT did not know I was working on it. So shhhhhh don’t tell!

Ok now back to work on my end of the year ride........

Nice work! Funny how it can sometimes be harder to redo a body than to start from scratch, huh?

You know a couple years ago, one of our Pimps sent me 2 bodies that he made and wanted me to do one up for the Moderators Contest. I never used them though I did start on one. One of them is a 68' GTO, the other a full body Toyota bB, in black! Now what are the odds.....

Ok after seeing the pictures that CD posted I decided to detail the XB a little more to match.

the lights and badge are now done and I custom painted the controller. I am sending it out today but here are a few pictures for ya DT untill it arrives:
