Well it doesn't.

I thought to pay it on a bank account,or in Hungary theres "cash and delivery"when you pay for the package when it is already delivered.These look easier than this paypal stuff. I'm still trying to understand it,maybe in 12 hours we can talk again,because I'm already supposed to be in bed. By then I understand how Paypal.com works.

I wanted to create a personal account but there's no Hungary between the countries.
