look at the first picture on his second post.
I see little wires sticking out of the solder bubble or near the solder bubble. he could be using those.

yea it does, he has to hit metal that connects and he has to hit the right connections (the two ends)

dude, in the first (good quality) pic of the car you can see all four batts wired up. the front battery has the +VE positive terminal that goes to the pcb. the back/last battery has the -VE negative terminal that goes to the PCB.

On these two terminals (front and back) I've also soldered on a pice of wire to allow me to "clip on" to the wire using little clips. These are known as alligator clips because of their "teeth" like design....

These are the only two terminals you can hookup the charger to. Between the +VE and -VE terminals the batteries are all connected in series with each other, this adds up to a total voltage of 4.8V being available (4*1.2) for the car.

ok, now I get it, thanks for the clarification, and sorry to act like such a dumbass... I dunno, I just wasn't functioning properly..... it all makes sense now! lol... now, could we have a pic of the charger, if it ain't too much?

just hookup 4 AA batteries for 6V and use that to charge. works a charm.

If I get a new bit soon, I plan on making a 7.2 v dragster with laymans cells, using them as the frame. Anyone wanna donate a bit?
