glad to make your list BeetyK. deffinately will try thin coats of clear coat. it's got to shine

What did you use to make the body kit?

some thin plastic/package material . recycle

bend/form into shape, test/mark holes on the boby held by twin tack tape,
remove, cut, glue back with contact cement. putty, sand, done.
won't break if fallen 'cause it's got some flex ( might be a bitch with laquer but the paint holds fine)
quite simple and not as time consuming as putty.

P.S. got the SS WhatTheFuckIsThatThing done. will post update soon.

That's what I was thinking, but wasn't sure. cool car....
