You would think it was like riding a bike...

So today my son Niko (who is 7) and daughter Emma (who is 4) decided that daddy needed to get off his ass and mod some bits! So I busted out some old RX7 shells, taped off the windows, dremmeled out the windows and sun roof on one, and chopped the whole top on the other so they could enjoy painting up a shell each. Well while they were busy I picked up a half modded Porsche pullback that has been sitting for like 4 years+. I hollowed out the inside for PCB clearance and so the front wheels had full range. I had all ready chopped off the spoiler and puttied the back all those years back and cut front and back clip slots so that was a breeze. Got a Zip Zap chassis and found some diecast wheels to make it look sexy. Kids decided they wanted a yellow to orange fade (which I have surprisingly never done before) so I dug out some rattle cans and layed the paint. Because the kids were brush painting, I really didn't have the time/desire to wet sand and throw on clear for my Porsche so it is what is is. Any how, felt good to cut up plastic. We shall see if this means I am back to modding or not, but enjoy the low light pics.

Niko's is the gold one (those are dragons on the side he says) and Emma rocked the polka dots (I don't know why Mazda never made that a color choice)

Next to the original $.25 pullback

And yes, I have done this mod before, a long long time ago.
