I made this for the contest at RCmod.com and entered it today. A lot of work went into it.
Mods.
Stretched bB Body to ZZ Length (two cuts)
Headlights (Green) and Taillights (Red) Black electrical tape prevents glow of lights from anywhere except where I wanted them.
Front Air Dam
Side Skirts
Testers Dark Blue Acrylic Paint.
Yellow Stripes are Dry Erase from Pine Car decal set.
Toyota decals from 24th scale slot car set for GTP.
Tailpipes custom made from aluminum tubing.
Krylon Clear Gloss Acrylic covers whole thing.
Window tinting by Sharpie.

It took me two weeks to get it to where I wanted it for the contest.

very nice Bilbo!

you can tell lots of work went in to it.
I like the exhaust - not too flashy and too big, just right.
the yellow stripe really accents the car nicely too, along with the LEDs.

great job pimp!

I don't like the HUGE pipes people have been putting on their Bits. I looked thru a bin at my LHS for the tubing that I thought wasn't too large or small. I put smaller pipes on my other truck project that I called Lights Action Race. They were too small.

Great job bilbo, two lil things though. I dunno if it's the paint or the body or just the pics but It could use a lil more smoothing. I also don't like the toyota branding.
Overall it's a great job though man. I really gotta get off my ass and do some body mods.

I thought I had it sanded smooth but some things showed up and I tried to hide with paint technique. :-D

I branded it as a Toyota for a few reasons.
1. It is a Toyota
2. I had the decals.
3. I thought it would be cool. (since it is to be run by me I must like it)

The only thing I did to the windows is tint them with a blue Sharpie marker.

Nice work. I like that you made it an extended cab. Slightly different than other trucks I've seen.

I like that you name your cars. I've only named one car, but I'm thinking the others need names too.

I made it an extended cab because it was a little easier. :-D

I name the project when I start them so I know what people are refering to in the forums. I have a WRX project in the works called CnC Spunky (Chopped and Channeled) and I just posted a RX-7 T-Top in RCmod's contest called Teed Off.
