Bilbo's New Ride

Post by BilboBaggins »

I figured I'll debut the car here before letting it loose on the world. I was thinking of entering it in the Ausmicro contest but I think I'll work on the second body I have for this one isn't perfect.

Project: Woody
Chassis: ZipZap SE
Motor: 21,500 ZZ
Body: Custom Bit Bodies Woody.

Yes the figure in the image is Bilbo Baggins from Games Workshop. He needs a little work too.

Thanks Cabo,

I'm still not sure on this color. I was told to make it purple, and I mixed Blue, Red, Silver and White to get this color.

I almost had the car surrounded by my 500 point Dwarf or my 500 point Uruk-Hai Armies for LOTR. I ended up figuring a lone Bilbo was better.

Nice, I love Woodies. (the car not the...oh never mind)

The color is nice, but I'm not sure it's appropriate for a Woody (in my head), for some reason I think all Woodies should be bright Orange.

I don't do orange cars if I can help it. Too shocking (and too much a match) to my real hair color.

Don't know, want to buy me another SE body so I can rip the lights out of it and install it on my next woody?

Yeah I'm funny like that. I hate Orange on cars, but then that ZZ Challenger just looks right Orange, and even though I think a Woody should be Orange for some odd reason, I would love to see one in a Sea Foam Green, or a Surf Blue.

It's funny how a car can almost tell what color it wants to be.

Jeez you're talking like Michaelangelo. He used to say that about chunks of marble.
