This is my office rug runner, my very 1st Micro RC, a Z-Car but I couldn't just keep it stock,

I know this has been said before but I will say it again.

I love the use of the stock rims gives those that have trouble mounting other rims or just dont have them yet the chance to see that you can pimp out anything with just a little paint

Thanx Pimps, though the car looks black, it's actually a Graphite Grey Metallic. As I said earlier this was my 1st Micro, when they were hard to get around Xmas last year. Had to return it twice due to steering & range issues. When I 1st heard about the KITT motors I put a 2.6 in. Now after running it on carpet for several months here in the office, it's pretty fast. When I took it home to mod, I ran it in the hardwood and this thing runs like a 3.5 or better, seriously! And it looks so much better doing it!

That looks clean. Nice transistion into a Mercedes. What that start out as? The Porshe Boxter?

I came with in inches of ordering an Atomic Z car as my first car, but messed up and got the Cannonball. I wish I got the Z car, because for one thing the CB was a POS, but also because, aren't those smaller like a Digi-Q? Be kinda cool to have a smaller car.

Nah Cavey, I wouldn't have changed a Boxter into a C class, maybe an "S", but not a "C". It started life as a Benz: The Z-Car offered 2 models, Mercedes & Celica in the folowing colors....

The cool thing is that it has it's own case/cntrl/chrgr/disco! So I stick it in the bubble and pop it in the desk drawer. The Z-Car is the American release of the Japanese........Can't remember off the top of my head right now.
I've seen many Micro RC contests and have yet to see a Z-Car entered so let me be the 1st, and beat Sinned to Da Punch this time.......

orange zz motor
red zz idler gear(the gear between the motor and rim gear)
and leave the gear behind the rim stock
it will be prety fast

mine does a 20' 7.5'' 1/4 mile in 8 seconds flat in the road
what do you have under your zcar's hood
