Just got done painting another Honda S-2000, I'll give some stats as we go:
Image
Metallic red with white racing stripes and a black rag top.
Image
Silver, painted from the inside, on the head and tail lights base.
Image
Head and tail lights bulbs, painted from the outside giving depth and a reflection inside.
Image
Just below head lights is an amber driving light. (hard to see in these pics)
Image
Silver exhaust and door handles.
Image
Every other spoke on the rims cut-out and remaining rims painted silver.

I'm very serious... this is freeky... Just stop...

I used a pair of long-needle nose pliers. got a good grip, a bit of a twist, and out she came. It does markup the fake chrome. I see you painted yours afterwards... I think I'm going to also.

Yes... My racing stripe was going to modeled after the Shelly Cobra, two wide solid stripes down the hood, roof and trunk.

I have too many S-2000 body, so I was using one of those...

Man-o-man....

they don't look bad, would look a lot cooler if they were 5 spokes though

yea... 5 or really open looking with 3.. Like a triangle.

take two out (spokes) leave one, take two out, leave one, take one.
(i'll have to give it a try and post a pic)

yea man, try that!

not like you dont already know, but just try to count, make sure it's gonna leave you with equal spacing between the spokes!

If you do the math, which is what I think your tell me to do..

paint looks awesome.. you should really put some fabric on the top to give it that more authentic look.. heres a pic of an uncomplete paint job. but you can see the cloth top on my car.. i need to put some flat clear coat on it so it doesnt shine so much...
